We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the clean and functional facilities, convenient location close to the center of things, and the helpful staff who gave great recommendations. The breakfast was also very nice.

This hotel was ideal place for exploring Florence, enjoyed it. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a large closet, terrace plus a balcony. Location next to the centre. An indoor market hall was also near the venue.

I had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Florence. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was beautifully furnished with modern finishes and a high-end feel. The rooms were super clean and the bathrooms luxurious with marble details. The highlight was the great customer service provided by the friendly and warm staff. They were very good too make me feel well cared for and important. From helping me move rooms upon request to carrying my heavy luggage, they made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The complimentary bottle of prosecco and afternoon tea were lovely touches that added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. it was a five-star experience in a four-star hotel.

Staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with reservations and recommendations. The hotel's interior decor was modern and comfortable, and the rooms were well-maintained and clean. The location was convenient, within walking distance of major attractions and the train station.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and so close to Central Market that we went there multiple times a day. The room was quaint but had all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was updated with luxurious marble and a spacious shower. The service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop wine tasting was a great extra. The hotel had cool lemon water in the lobby and there was even a laundromat nearby.

The only drawback was the limited view from the room.

The location couldn't be better, as all attractions are within walking distance. We enjoyed the service, as the staff was helpful, assisting us with communication with airlines. The room amenities were great, including tea and coffee facilities and soundproofed rooms.

Limited bar service, but helpful concierge. Adequate breakfast selection with fresh fruits, cheeses, and coffee. Convenient location near city center.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and cute, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. Another thing I liked was the complimentary breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly enjoy about my stay. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective, and the room ended up being quite hot and stuffy.

The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea and has free wifi.

The best part about this place is the location - it's right near all the major attractions. I could easily walk to all the historical sites and the city center. I had a wonderful experience here.
